this is our business address and address for the service of legal documents.

it is not a retail store, showroom or customer collection point. arriving without an invitation will not unlock a secret uncivil shopping experience.

all deliveries, collections and returns must be arranged in advance and completed according to the instructions provided by uncivil or its appointed courier.

we communicate by email. no phone calls, no “quick chats” and no please call mes. tough tekkies.

sending the same message to both inboxes will not make us answer twice as quickly. it will simply create matching evidence.

uncivil sells apparel and related products through this website.

the material features, available sizes, fits, colours, designs, prices and other relevant characteristics of each product are displayed on the applicable product page.

many products are printed or prepared after an order is placed. further information about processing, delivery, cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds is available in our shipping policy and return and refund policy.

we take reasonable steps to display product information accurately. however, colours may appear slightly different depending on photography, lighting, screen settings and the display being used.

your screen has opinions. the actual product remains the final reference.

prices and payment

unless stated otherwise, prices are displayed in south african rand.

applicable charges and fees will be included or disclosed as required by law.

delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery address and will be displayed before payment is completed.

available payment methods are displayed during checkout. payments may be processed by shopify or an authorised third-party payment provider subject to its applicable terms and privacy practices.

placing products in a cart does not reserve them, complete a transaction or establish emotional ownership.

order acceptance

submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

an order is accepted once uncivil confirms acceptance or begins fulfilling it, subject to payment verification, product availability and any other lawful condition disclosed during checkout.

we may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

payment cannot be verified;
a product is unavailable;
information supplied with the order is incomplete or appears fraudulent;
an obvious pricing or product-information error occurred;
delivery cannot reasonably be completed to the supplied address; or
accepting the order would breach applicable law.

where a paid order is lawfully cancelled by uncivil, the applicable amount will be refunded.

you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, commercially exploit or use this material without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

buying the shirt does not include ownership of the artwork. nice try.
